In preparation for the sale of my parents' home, I interviewed several real estate agents, in the end making the decision to hire Brian Olson. We found him to be fair and honest. He is knowledgeable and forthright, giving his expert opinion on how we would best get the most out of the sale. His opinion was in opposition to those of the other agents. It turned out, Brian was right. After applying a little elbow grease, we sold the house for $35k more than the other agents suggested we list it at. He was quick to return my calls and if he didn't have an immediate answer to our questions, he was just as quick to get the answers for us. We also asked Brian to help us find a particular property to buy. The process of that purchase had some rather harrowing ups and downs, through which Brian never got impatient or judgmental. He gave us good counsel and was understanding throughout. The closing took place, and we are very happy with our decision. Finally, not only is Brian an excellent real estate agent, he's got a great sense of humor!
